Hi Sema, its easy to invite your friend to join.

Just to click the Invite button on the top right conner, input the emails of your friends , leave a message , and then click OK,  done.

well ,what is the difference between the invite option "directly" and "by email " ?

For directly the meber receive the invite email can join the community directly, and for By email the member receive the invite email who should use the button to join and then can join in.
