If there are any cdr in PRM which are charge wrongly or need to reprocess due to some issue , Now i am able to reprocess those cdr using the MICE client, this is all due to the help of HedEx documentation

Steps are:

1.      1) Go To -> Operation management

2.      2) Click -> Reprocessing

3.      3) Choose which category needs to reprocess the CDR on left side.

4.      4) Select the Current Task

5.      5) Click  -> NEW

6.      6) Select the Billing cycle,

7.     7)  Choose File log and input all the necessary condition in the text field as per the requirement.

8.      8) Click query button and check the number of cdr is same in TAP files

9.      9) Click the Select All button

10.  10) Click OK
