If there are any error cdr in PRM, Now i am able to reclaim error cdr using the MICE client, this is all due to the help of HedEx documentation

Steps are:

1.       1) Go To -> Operation management

2.       2) Click -> Error cdr recycle

3.       3) Choose which category that needs to re-claim error CDR.

4.      4)  Select Error CDR Management

5.       5) There are three option (By error code, By query condition, By sql) to set condition, choose either of these           option, it is better to choose  “By sql” , so we can put condition as per our requirement.

6.       6) Put condition like -> where billingcycle=’201405’ and errorcode=’xxxxxxxxx’  

7.      7)  Click ->Query [You will see total number of records ]

8.       8) Click ->Reclaim all

9.       9) Check Status -> Success/failed/pause etc
