Procedure

1. Check whether the SRI request is a forwarding request and the forwarding reason is forwardingReason_busy.

   
   

   Yes = Go to 2.

   No = Go to 5.

   
   

2. On the SMU client, run the LST MAPCONF command. Check whether the HLR supports the OR and FIR, that is, both SRI-FIR and OROPTION are set to TRUE.

   
   

   Yes = Go to 3.

   No = Go to 5.

   
   

3. Check whether the GMSC address is configured to support the SOR on the local HLR.

   
   

   Method: On the SMU client, run the LST SELIST command. Check whether the GMSC address (the GT address of the calling party in the SRI request) is configured in the SELIST.

   Yes = Go to 4.

   No = Go to 5.

   
   

4. On the SMU client, run the LST CFALL command. Check whether the subscriber has subscribed to the CFB service and the current status of the call forwarding service is PROV | REG | QUIESCENT.

   
   

   Yes = In the OR process, the SRI request sent by the MSC contains the forwarded-to number (FTN) for the CFB service, but the CFB service of the subscriber is in the activation prohibited state.

   No = Go to 5.
