Hi,

New Hedex is great. I have found domument comparison feature particularly usefull when I want to check the differences in commands or features between releases.

One small suggestion - you could make themes more customizable by e.g. possibility to upload different pictures.

I have been using Hedex for long. Its great and really helpful.

The latest features also made this even better.

1. With compare feature, I can easily track what changes have been made between two versions.
2. I can bookmark my frequently used documents with the Favorite features.
3. Cloud downloaded also made the downloading faster.

HedEx helped me lot to improve my knowledge and level of customer support.

 

Background color of the application should be solid for a more professional look.
Icons should follow one design pattern for a more professional look.

It is fast and loads instantly. Love it!

Need to assisgn some of daily work then to see how performance is  in ralted work .  need to work more to get to use it and find good or need improve .

Its a great & very useful tool for documentation purpose but even we have Latest HedEx lite version installed over our systems,

Still When we want to perform some Batch download(Document/Patch) on Support site every time we get this shown pop up to remind us about it, Even when we said OK, it dont allow us to download our requirements

 

My Humble request to get it removed or order the pop up to let us download when said OK.

It is one single platform offers lots of features and portals in a single window. Notifications are there (Huawei Answers, Groupspace etc.)

Its simply making the life easier !
