Learning never have been so easy

Hi,

My favorite function in Hedex is File Management. You can easily download Hedex libraries and keep files updated. You can also delete old versions when new version is downloaded.

I have been using HedexLite for 3yrs already. Have seen the old and previous version.

I have been using it for Features Documentation. What I like about Huawei Hedex is the convenience in searching since it has very good Index functionality.

Your newer version of Hedex is very user-friendly. It allows access to Huawei portal inside the application itself and the updating of Library is very convenient.

HedEx is very useful in accessing the Documents and troubleshooting of any issue, after this finding product documentation and feature become very easy.

The software is good and the latest version is a great improvement

HedEx is a united face for everything Huawei (Enterprice, documents, support, Information about Huawei and its Technological Advancement), not just document. And this makes it such a great application to have.

So basically, without HedEx, information are just scarted and hard to find.

As an Application and Software Engineer, HedEx Helps me to do the following with easy, which has reduced a RISK & PROBLEMS for customer network:

i. Icare: With a quick icare buttom under maintenace, i can easyily create ticket and monitor its progress to get the necessary help.

ii. ILab: Helps me to analyze situations and solutions before impletement on customer network.

iv: Precaution and Rectification: HedEx brings information closer than expected. Helping you get notified of any new risk with its Early Warning and precaustion rectification. This prevents accidents and cost to customer.

v. Finally, HedEx gives the freedom to group documents, including PDF,Excel,Word...and other range of doucments under one place. It also provideds the ablility to add your own shortcuts. With this, you can add Folders, webpages and even files.This is cool

Very benefitial tool for work advancement, i will edge every one to download and the tool as a learning library. I have benefited greatly from the tool..(Hedex) the current update have great features and additional tools.

Hed EX is very flexible software for any product documents. I am using from last 4 years in huawei really enjoyed it. Surfing through the document, finding related topics, File management,doc express, enterprise support are cool features.

it is very useful for engineers who work on site. Yet it should have phone and tablet support since they might not be able to carry a laptop all the time.
