Hi! 

Hedex has very powerful tool "My Feedback" that allows to directly communicate with documents authors and quickly resolve documentation problems or give feedback/questions/suggestions. I think other vendors dont have such functionality.

Very useful and powerful feature is "Add Shortcut" to main page.

It as very easy to add link to most used documents or application.

For example we can start U2000 client from Hedex after several simple steps:

1. Click "Add Shortcut" in main Hedex window:

2. Select "File":

3. Fill path to application and title:

4. Select original icon by clicking button "Change":

5. Click "Ok" and you will get working link to start your application:

 

You can create as many shortcuts as you want.

If number of shortcuts dont fit on one screen, new items will be placed on next page and navigation bar appearea at the bottom of window:

 

To move items from one page to other just right click on shortcut and select:

Excellent feature! 

Its a very useful tools for the engineers where we can get the most information from this tool.

Login Status: we can set auto login and auto start this tool when computer starts and also we can have multiple themes:

Very easy to upload and manage .hdx files from our local drives:

We can get the latest document updates from the cloud download:

We can have option to use and find the required documents (Document in HedEx or Online Documents)

Easily get the required content from the search, based on the product: For example;

Can easily update the local library:

We can always keep in touch with the author and seek clarifications if needed....but it will be great if the feedback page is in English too......

We can easily bookmark important documents and keep is safe and download it when necessary as indicated with YELLOW box:

Very useful feature is creating Catalogs for grouping shortcuts:

It allows compactly create mane shortcuts and sort them by categories.

To create group (Catalog) of shortcuts need just few steps:

right click on empty space in main window, select "Add Catalog":

Set Name of Catalog and press "Ok":

Then click on created Catalog and you will see its content (empty yet):

For adding shortcuts in this Catalog you can use "Add Shortcut" (see instruction from my previous post).

HedEx Lite application is very well graphically designated, looks very nice and has possibility to change skin:

Cloud search is very powerful feature for quick search on Support site and Local Libraries.

It can be open from any application by double pressing "Ctrl" button:

 

The new HedEx Lite is well decorated and nice looking. It is suggested that the search are sorted in diferent criteria. One important criteria can be sorting by number of hit (or seached times).

 

Very powerful "one-click" upgrade of all libraries:

One-Click Login allows to save credentials in HedEx and automatically login at startup.

This allow us to use all main services of Support Web Site without need to enter login manually each time.

Simply click on related icon (Carrier Support, Doc Express, My Feedback, Huawei Answers, My GroupSpace, ...)
