There are 5 parameters : § Assign to Overlayer RxLev Offset(dB) § Handover to overlayer RxLev Offset(dB) § UtoO HO Received Level Threshold § OtoU HO Received Level Threshold § Assign-optimum-level Threshold ? For explain the channel allocate easily, we define 2 thresholds. ? In handover case: ? Threshold A = UtoO HO Received Level Threshold + (Handover to Underlayer RxLev Offset - 31) ? Threshold B = UtoO HO Received Level Threshold ? In assignment case: ? Threshold A = OtoU HO Received Level Threshold + (Assign to Overlayer RxLev Offset - 31) ? Threshold B = Assign-optimum-level Threshold If receive level <Threshold A, it only can use 900M,if 900M congestion, then system will reject to allocate channel. If Threshold A < = receive level <=Threshold B, it will select 900M first, if 900M congestion, then system will select channel in 1800M. If receive level >Threshold B, it will select 1800M first, if 1800M congestion, then system will select channel in 900M. |
