Hi,

one day When i configure one BGPMPLS L3 VPN SCD i was using Templates in VPN Manager, 

later when i parse the configurations the Template configuration is also shown but while 

deploying the SCD the template configuration is not deployed on to the devices
      
No peering command results in failure to establish connectivity between the CE and PE. 

Finally i got suggestion from huawei support website & resolve it.

Suggestions were:

While configuring the Template descriptions the Template is attacahed but the 

deploy mode is not selected. Then i Select Deploy mode from the drop down menu.
