I am facing a problem when i would like to log in HedEx file document using the same useer name &  password of support document.

I wish to solve the probelm by the Admin and will help us to log in easily.

I think you can try download and use the latest version of HedEx Lite by the
following URL:http://support.huawei.com/carrier/hdxDownload
