Thank you for you improving website and caring for you users 

I have some suggestion for you

I suggest to add "RNP&RNO tools" to Wireless group in Software Section(Refer to pic.1. in attachment), and add here all related Network Planning and optimization tools. It will be easy to find needed software and also engineers can find new useful software’s for him in this group. Because  not all engineers know about all RNP&O tools.  Also it will be useful for new comer engineers.

PS: Also this RNP&RNO tools link can add to HedEx lite and can be directly connected from HedEx :)

Also I think in Section Knowledge base I suggest to add subsection Knowledge  sharing(refer to pic 2. in attachment), where  every engineers can share their knowledge and experience. About some cases and problems which they find on the network and how they solve  it. And it will be more easier to find needed information and solution.

Also I suggest to add some forums for different departments. And every engineer can ask some questions about meted problem and everybody can discuss it, share their opinion and suggestion. It will be very useful to quickly find some solution and answer for meted questions and problems.

Good to see the continuous improvements of the Support website. Efficient and effective documentation is really important for any technological promotion. All the new features of the support website and Hedex Lite will help the engineers and customers to get the desired information comfortably.
