[My Success Story] Winning Customer satisfaction using HedEx

When I joined Huawei, I was not having any prior experience of Huawei Product line. Based on my past working experience and technical knowledge, I was assigned immediately to support a large Telecom Operator. In the starting days of my Job, Customer was having meeting with its planning team and they asked me to join it. During meeting customer started asking questions related to Huawei Products specific features and function. At that time HedEx and Support website helped me extraordinary to win customer satisfaction and appreciation. Even if i would have documents of all products, but no HedEx, I could not be able to answer those questions. as with documents related search is extremely difficult. I always keep HedEx files of all customer products according to their installed version. HedEx is soul backbone for engineers working.
