My U2000 server is not showing correctly the NE panel of the ATNs devices manged by him. The version of U2000 is V1R8 and ATNs are in version V2R2. Does anybody have the same issue and knows how to solved?

maybe you didnt add the component of ATN?

You can log in to the MSuite client and check that whether a Router NE Management (for ATN910, ATN950, ATN980, ATN990) or PTN Network Element Management (for ATN910_V1, ATN950_V1) on the Instance tab?

If no, please add the component and the  instance. for detail, you can see the "Adding a Component" and "Adding an Instance" in the  U2000 Administrator Guide( http://support.huawei.com/support/pages/kbcenter/view/product.do?actionFlag=detailProductSimple&web_doc_id=SE0000651965&doc_type=ProductManual&doc_type=ProductManual&saveBrowserLoged=true)

 

 

Synchronization of NE panel need the FTP function of U2000.

To check if the FTP synchronization is ok, do as follow:

 

Right click the NE in main topology, and choose "Synchronize NE Configuration Data"

Click "detail" to see if you could find "Succeeded in Synchronization by FTP" in the "Synchronization details" window.

I?ve already try the synchronization and works fine. I think the problem it?s related to the added instances in U2000 deployment. I will check and reply later

I have this instance PTN Network Element Management, but no this one: Router NE Management. I will check with the local support whether one component and instance is missing
