[My 3rd Wish] Limit For Hot Post.

While viewing the post posted by the same users and he/she views his/her own post for 100 times it become hot post.

So i suggest it should limit for the owner of the post to view the post.

Please make available a consolidated generic list of baseband capacity dimensioning counters and KPIs per technology (e.g. LTE, UMTS, and GSM) in excel including the formulas and aggregation rules for NEs and Time.
