[2014 User Group Meeting] Make a Wish to Earn Gold Coins

Have you ever wished for some improvements on the Support website, HedEx, or GroupSpace during your day-to-day work? Now you have the chance to shout out your "wishes" for all to hear. We value your "wishes" and will help make sure they come true!

 

How to Participate：

Log in to Support&HedEx User Group and click Support&HedEx 2014 User Group Meeting. Publish a post with the title written in the following format "[My Wish] XXX". Please describe your improvement suggestions and expectations for Support/HedEx/GroupSpace improvements. Include only one wish per post. To make more than one wish, publish multiple posts with successive titles written in the following formats: [My 2nd Wish] XXX, [My 3rd Wish] XXX, etc.

 

Note:

The title of posts must begin with [My Wish] and the post must be published in the Support&HedEx 2014 User Group Meeting section. Posts that do not conform to these guidelines will be considered invalid and will not be awarded gold coins.

Bonus Gold Coins: Reply to this post and provide the link to your Make-A-Wish post. 500 gold coins will be awarded for each reply. (No additional gold points will be awarded for providing multiple replies with the same link.)

 

Rules for Earning Gold Coins：

5,000 gold coins will be awarded for each wish. If your wish is deemed to be especially constructive, additional gold coins ranging from1000 to 10,000 will be awarded. Each user can receive 100 gold coins by replying to another users Make-A-Wish post. (No gold coins will be awarded for irrelevant or unhelpful posts/comments.)

2014-11-24 to 2014-12-12

Granting Gold Coins:
The administrator calculates and review the posts published before 12 a.m. at every noon and distribute the gold coins awarded for your posts to your accounts before 6 p.m. every day. Please remember to check your gold coins thereafter. If you find any error, please send a message to the administrator or send your inquiry by replying to this post.

[My 1st Wish] System Message,

I wish that there would be a Delete all message icon to delete all message when we have more message we have to delete again and again. And there should be 100 records.

[My 1st wish] Way to delete wrongly added post

For example, here  I  have wrongly uploaded this document and I want to remove this post completely but I could not remove it from here. So I suggest Huawei to look into it how to delete wrongly uploaded documents completely. Actually this post was suppose to be uploaded in [My Success Story] of this activity.

Wrongly uploaded document is shown below;

[My Success Story] HedEx Lite is the product manual to get information for different nodes.

With the introduction of HedEx, the life for Huawei Customers became very much easier to manage documents for every nodes as desired and we get every information or documentations for every nodes easily from the HedEx. As HedEx system is a web base link, the search bottom became so powerful tool for Huawei customers.

[My 2nd wish] maximum system message to be deleted at one go (say for example 500 messages)

Messages cannot be deleted at one go if there are maximum number of messages in the inbox. We have to delete page by page till the end. Please note this point.

[My Wish] on Moving our Post to different Category.

If i have posted new post into different category mistakenly, so i should be able to move to particular category.

It could be better if admin can look upon this and it will be conveniences for customers.

Lets take below Example:

My Success Story is posted outside the  [2014 User Group Meeting] Share Success Stories, where owner want to move to[2014 User Group Meeting] Share Success Stories] category, but we are not able to move Our post.
