[My Success Story] HedEx Lite as a powerfull troubleshooting tool

 

During SRAN swap project we faced many issues after swap: the difficulty was to assure the QoS after each cluster swap.

 

We have a team with mostly junior RF engineers with no troubleshooting experience: HedEx Lite was a great support for the team to check troubleshooting cases, technical guides and product/tools documentations  in order to help to solve network issues after swap:
