My Success story1:

 

I was trying to block +08xxxxxxxxx dialling using CLDPREANA with call prefix 08xxxxxxxx and number type as international format in MSOFTX3000.At the same time I should not block 0008xxxxxxxx.I was unable to block as the + converted to 00 before coming to CLDPREANA table the with help of HEDEX I found that MSFP P910 bit 3 will help in this case.

Bit   3 determines whether to add an international   prefix to the "+XXX"-format dialed   number before or after querying the Called Number Pre-analysis table, when a   called number of an MOC call is recorded.   ·           = 0: to add an   international prefix to the   "+XXX"-format dialed number after querying the Called Number   Pre-analysis table   ·           = 1: to add an   international prefix to the   "+XXX"-format dialed number before querying the Called Number   Pre-analysis table (that is, the international prefix is added in the   ordinary manner)   The   default value is 1.
