Suggestion:

1) It will be great if the user type the logical name of a product, the relevant product will be suggest by the support website. For example the support website will suggest UPCC when the user search PCRF using search by keyword function. This will help newbie to find the required document easily.

2) It will be good if the search result is arrange from most view by default.

Experience:

1) The intelligent searching function make support website a very convenient platform where it will show a lists of relevant search before user finish typing.

2) Besides that, the filtering system of support website is awesome where it allowed user to filter based on a few criteria simultaneously.

Experience: Support website gives well-documented details of technical cases from the issue/problem description to resolution steps taken.

In the search domain, if the search results are arranged in alphabetical order, it will help improve and reduce the search time.

I am unable to view the search result according to the search topic UVC Product Documentation.

The result is not exact it should show the exact result.

Hello. Support website has very good documentation which helped me to solve many tickets.

I have one suggestion for this: it will be good if after searching something, the documenation should be in 2 columns -1 column documentation which is for customer and 2 column documentation for Huawei employees. Some documentation is same for Huawei and his customer and it is not ok. As support, Huawei employees should have more explanations.
