Suggestions: 1. The results displayed should be made more relevant according to the job profile and area of expertise (linked with JRSS or W3 profile) of the user. This will help remove unnecessary search results and will help the user reach his requirements faster. 2. The support website search results are sometimes abstract. We should have a sort option of "Most Useful" or "Most Viewed" results so that its easier to get the most relevant results. Experience: The support website is extremely helpful with fast and almost accurate results. The advanced search options make it really easy to search the documents. |

Support website is already fully equipped with vast information. However there is alwasy some scope for improvement and I have some suggestions:

Suggestion #01 : It would be better to add Captcha feature while posting in the GroupSpace to prevent spam.
Suggestion #02 : It would be good if the time restriction is introduced between post reply / comments. Let’s say there must be a delay of 5 minutes for the next comment/reply on the same thread. This is will help to control spam / irrelevant or useless response by members just to earn points. |

Suggestions: You initiate few activities, but it is unfortunate to say that your goal is not being successful. Obviously, there are few good posts but it is difficult to get valuable posts because there are a lot of unusual posts. It will be better if you can introduce few algorithms to sort valuable posts or introduce rules so that users dont share these kinds of posts. |
