Problem Description

noneg M-BGP peer state with juniper router m10i: 
<PE1-NE40-8>display bgp vpnv4 all peer

No Alarm information. 

Handling Process

Noneg state is occured while Juniper router M10i is not running (disable) IP BGP 

routing protocol. Its only running M-BGP vpnv4 protocol. On huawei router both IP BGP and M-BGP vpnv4 are running. 

Solution

M-BGP state change to Establihed after Juniper M10i activate its IP-BGP protocol.
