Many many thanks for your reply and the drawing:)  Could you answer me the following further questions?  I saw from your process chart that NMC guys will report the alarm to central O&M,  do the NMC guys analyze and pre-clear the alarm first before reporting to O&M, or NMC guys forward the alarm to central O&M directly once received?  For the central O&M, is there 2 different groups to handle the problems can be resolved within the center and ones can only be resolved on site? if there is, who will analyze and assign the tasks?

please find my answer below:

1. NMC guys forward the alarm to central O&M directly once received.

2.  For the central O&M,  there is 2 different groups to handle the problems can be resolved within the center.

a) first one for central troubleshooting

b) second one for field support (if require)
