Prerequisites

You have logged in to the Huawei support website.

Procedure

Step 1 On the Huawei support website homepage, click the Software tab.

Step 2 On the Software tab, click Apply for Software by Contract.

Step 3 On the Software Apply By Contracts page, enter Contract No. and PO No. (contract assigned with Huawei).

Step 4 Click Search.

Step 5 On the Add Software page, select the desired software.

If the software you selected is not of the same version, different application SNs will be generated.

Step 6 Click OK.

Step 7 Enter Company, and set Region, Office, and Planned Use Time.

Step 8 Click Submit.

Follow-up Procedure

After you submit your software application, the system automatically goes to the My Space > My Applications > Software Apply By Contracts page. You can view the status of the software application and download software after the application is approved.
