Prerequisites

You have logged in to the Huawei support website.

Context

Cases, technical guides, documents about features and functions, technology application schemes, and technical papers are available on the knowledge base.

Procedure

Step 1 On the right side of the Huawei support website homepage, click the Knowledge Base tab. TheKnowledge Base tab page is displayed.

Step 2 The page where you can search for a document is displayed.

For example, click Fixed Network. The page where you can search for a document in the fixed network knowledge base is displayed.

Step 3 In the left navigation tree, select a product name to search for the product Alternatively, enter a product name in the Search text box.

Step 4 In the left navigation tree, select a document type. For example, click Case. Only cases are displayed.

Step 5 Click a document to view its details.
