Prerequisites

You have logged in to the Huawei support website.

Procedure

Method 1 Search by Product Name

Step 1     In the search text box in the upper right corner of the Huawei support website, enter a product name or model to search for the product which a document is related to. Search results are displayed.

Step 2     If there are excessive search results, filter the search results by product model, document type, and release date by clicking an item in the left navigation tree. Alternatively, re-search in the results to narrow the scope of the results.

Step 3 Click the document that you are searching for. On the page that is displayed, view or download the document.

You can view or download a product document, release document, or a document from the knowledge base.

Method 2 Search by Category

Step 1 In Search by Category on the home page of the Huawei support website, click Product Documentation.

Step 2 On the product documentation search page, set the search criteria, enter a keyword, and click Search.

Method 3 Search on the Entire Website

Step 1 In the search text box in the upper right corner of the Huawei support website, enter a keyword, and click .

Step 2 On the search result page, click Documents above the search text box. Document-related search results are displayed.

Step 3 Click a document name to view the document details.

If there are excessive search results, filter the search results by product model, document type, file format, and release date by clicking an item in the left navigation tree. Alternatively, use advanced search to quickly search for the required document.

Method 4 Use Advanced Search

Step 1 In the upper right corner of the Huawei support website, leave the search text box blank, and click , or click Advanced Search on the search page.

Step 2 On the Advanced Search page, enter a keyword, and set Search Scope and Language.

Step 3 In Category, select Documents.

Step 4 In Document Type, select Product Documentation.

Step 5 Select a product, and click Search. The search result is displayed.
