The user name modification is described as follows:

1 Naming rules for Huawei engineers, Smartcom engineers, and Outsourcing engineers:

Please follow the format: “Initial letter of the family name + Employee number”.

Though the employee number of Smartcom has upgraded from “HT” to “600”, the website user name remains unchanged. The previous HT user name is still usable. The new user name, applied after the employee number upgrades, starts from “600’.

2 Naming rules for customers:

The user name of a customer is the customer’s full name. If a full name is the same as another one, please add the region to make a difference.

As the user name is the only authentication ID, do no change the user name.

If a new user name is required, please apply for a new one. At the same time, notify the administrator of closing your old user name and send the new one to the administrator through email so that the administrator can approve your new user name as quickly as possible.
