The following problems may occur if you use Mozilla Firefox to visit http://support.huawei.com:

Incorrect image display for some documents 
Mozilla Firefox does not support WMF images or windings symbols in Word. (To insert windings symbols in Word, choose Insert > Symbol > More Symbols, and select Windings from the Font drop-down list box in the Symbol dialog box that is displayed.) If documents contain WMF images or windings symbols, you are advised to view the documents in Internet Explorer.

Unsatisfactory user experience during attachment uploading 

Mozilla Firefox does not allow users to directly press Enter after they enter an address in the address box on the page for uploading attachment (see the following figure). If they do, a blank page is displayed. If this occurs, users must reopen the page for uploading attachments.
