I wished that Huawei Management should be more Professional. The upper class should be selected on the basis of Higher Education Degrees level rather than some routine experience only. If we have a Manager passed MBA from HARVARD and one have only BSc in engineering then the previous one is good. The support web management team should have some Good educational background including ethics and they should understand how to be better rather than to be tricky.
