1) Service Description

The hardware installation quality determines whether the equipment can work safely and stably for a long time. Therefore, systematic and standardized installation can efficiently reduce unstable factors caused by improper installation, and improve the reliability of equipment operations on the network and the equipment work efficiency.

2) Documentation Description 

The following hardware installation documents are provided based on use objects:

• Health and safety, equipment security: provides related security requirements on installation for field installation personnel.
• Hardware description, hardware installation: instructs field installation personnel to install hardware and query related hardware parameters.
• Hardware installation of compact evolved packet core (EPC) solution: applies to small-capacity sites adopting the compact EPC solution, reducing the installation cost.

2. Highlights

1. The installation guide provides the required tools to be prepared before the installation to ensure smooth installation, as shown in the following figure.

 

2. The installation guide instructs you to connect power cables between a power distribution box and a subrack, as shown in the following figure.

 

3. The installation guide describes principles for installing the SPU boards in a subrack, as shown in the following figure.
