1, How to download and log in to the Tech Support APP?

     Search for "Huawei Tech Support" on the Googleplay or Apple App Store, OR Click here to dowmload on website.

1.In query option we do not have any category , like if we want to search command for particular equipment we donot have such facility.

2. We can also categorized it as it is done in support website , whether we want troubleshooting cases, or any document or any software.

3. We can also categorize our Q&A to different products

Basically we should make our search easily, and quicker.

this will save our time as well we make our search easier

Hi, Thanks for your kindly feedback! There is Filter function in our APP, and the function will be implemented in next version released this month. If you interest in some particular products, you can add it to your Favorites firstly, then after you search command, there are interested products list for you to select in Filter page.

Hi, please click the button in the upper left corner of Q&A page as below screenshot and it will shows all categories and products for selecting. Thanks!

 

I found a bug in Support App. When I entered on "My Space" the app does not respond to the main system backward key or even provides a back key to return to main screen. The screenshot is below.
