The bar code scanning tool is added to the Huawei Tech Support App. To make the tool better help the customers. Id like to know your feelings about using the tool, which are very important for Huawei to improve it.

Ive just tried the tool. Its amazing :-)

When I get a new board, I dont know what it is sometimes. Now I can quickly check the board without searching the hedex.

Everything is useful especially the front panel.

Congralutalions for whom proposed the idea and then developed this great tool. It is very valuable for engineering team and more for those people working for O&M departaments. I will suggest it to customer, recently they got his Huawei support accounts, they will find it very useful and properly for those works performed on site.

this is a very important function. it is really very useful and ease our works indeed.
