1. Have you used the bar code scanning tool?

Answer:  yes.I have used the scan tool and works great!  This totally awesome. 

         2.When do you want to use it?

Answer: after getting a new device, I dont know all at a glance. Now I can quickly check it without searching the hedex / huawei document.

        3.Which part of the scanning result is useful to you?

Answer: the useful part of the scanning tool is the information detail  which ultimately gives me total understanding at a glance.

        4.Where do you think the tool can be still improved in future?

Answer:   you should add necessary link for configuration, case study , product road-map etc.

For your request of adding the link of configuration, do you mean the configuration command lines or where the board can be configured in the shelf?

For your request of adding the case study, do you mean the troubleshooting cases related to each board?

For your request of adding the roadmap, do you mean adding the status of the board such as if the board is end of product?

1. Why do you need the configuration command lines? As you described "after getting a new device, I dont know all at a glance. Now I can quickly check it without searching the hedex / huawei document", I guess you just need to insert the board into a shelf and confirm it. The commands for confirming a board is the same and its quite simple. Do you have any difficulty?

 

2. Why the date of "Get arrival" is important for you? The date you get the board is the same as when it gets arrival, isnt it?

Hi Pema,

You can search "huawei tech support" on google play (for Android) or App Store (for IOS). Or scan the QR code to download.

If you have any problem download the App, dont hesitate to ask.

1. Answer: i know it but all may not know. thats why, if it is with the board then it will be more easy.

2. Answer: I meant for the  "Get arrival" is the arrival in market not in my warehouse.
