What are the implications of high "Iu Mode PDP Context Activation Delay"? What is the range of the delay for a healthy system?In our network this delay increases significantly during the data busy hours. But we are not sure what that means? At the same time we checked and found that the "Iu Mode Attach Delay" also increases proportionately. Naturally if the delay increases subscribers should experience some service degradation. Can anyone please help to explain how to address this issue?
