Please find below commands to reset sessions.

[UGW-access]lock group 1 enable
[UGW9811-access]deactive pdpcontext rate 300 (please confirm with OCS the rate to use)
[UGW9811-access]deactive pdpcontext group 1

[UGW9811-access]display pdp-number
If pdp goes to 0, disable the lock.

[UGW-access]lock group 1 disable
