USN9810 KPI
|
1. Application Description 1) Service Description KPI refers to key performance indicator. During routine maintenance or major operations, you can identify causes of KPI changes by observing KPIs, alarms, and performance counters. For example, when a peer NE is faulty, local resources (such as the address pool and licenses) are insufficient, services change, new services are applied, or local or peer configuration changes, you can perform subsequent operations, such as modifying configurations, expanding the capacity, or contacting peer equipment engineers or Huawei technical support engineers, based on the specific causes. 2) Documentation Description In the USN9810 documentation, SGSN key functions and key interface load are used as reference for maintenance engineers to monitor KPIs, analyze causes for KPI changes, rectify faults, and meet corresponding requirements on the live network.
2. Highlights 1) The counter description shows the applicable NEs and their functions and provides guidance for you to troubleshoot faults.
2) The measurement point is described clearly.
3) The performance counters used in the formula are clearly described.
