1.Application Description 1) Service Description Based on customer-centric innovations, Huawei 3900 series LTE FDD base station is a future-oriented E-UTRAN Node B (eNodeB) solution that integrates wireless platform resources and multivariate technologies. The innovative design and flexible combinations of the function modules and auxiliary devices encourage Huawei to diversify 3900 series eNodeB (FDD) products, including the macro base stations (BTS3900,BTS3900L,BTS3900A,and BTS3900AL) and a distributed base station (DBS3900). Different types of base stations can be used in various scenarios to achieve fast deployment and low operating expenditure (OPEX). The following figure shows the Huawei 3900 series LTE FDD base station product family. Huawei 3900 series LTE FDD base stations can be classified into indoor macro base stations (BTS3900 and BTS3900L), outdoor macro base stations (BTS3900A and BTS3900AL), distributed base stations (DBS3900), and micro base stations (BTS3202E and BTS3203E) . Each type of base station applies to a specific scenario, which enables operators to efficiently set up a network with low CAPEX. Huawei 3900 series LTE FDD base stations are universal and different types of base stations can be configured by flexibly combining basic modules and various cabinets. The basic modules are the baseband unit (BBU) and radio frequency module which includes radio frequency unit (RFU), remote radio unit (RRU), and active antenna system (AAS).
