For the CPCI-based MSOFTX3000s, the SMS provided by the MSOFTX3000s earlier than V100R007C10 is controlled by the license. This license control item is removed from MSOFTX3000 V100R007C10 or later.

For the ATCA-based MSOFTX3000s, the SMS provided by the MSOFTX3000s earlier than V200R009C00 is controlled by the license. This license control item is removed from MSOFTX3000 V200R009C00 or later.
