Why?

Because you did not update your APP to the newest version 2.0.

How to solve it?

Update the APP to the newest version 2.0 OR Click three dots on the right of the bulletins, then you will enter into a info page, find and click the title “Earning bonus points to get an Honor Smartphone”.

2. How to recommend the Tech Support APP to others(Task 2)?
