3.Enabling operators to deliver more diverse services and to better meet users requirements.

4.Supporting multiple information advertising protocols, including OSPF TE extension and IS-IS TE extension; supporting multiple MPLS TE signaling 5.protocols, including RSVP-TE and CR-LDP; supporting MPLS TE tunnel establishment through static configuration.
