Static LSPs are classified into the ordinary static LSP and the static LSP bound to a tunnel, whereas the static CR-LSP is of only one type and must be bound to a tunnel. The difference between a static LSP bound to a TE tunnel and a CR-LSP is that a static CR-LSP requires the reserved bandwidth, whereas a static LSP does not need the reserved bandwidth.
