For a static CR-LSP, you can check the configured commands. The static CR-LSP cannot go Up in one of the following situations:


1.MPLS is not globally enabled.
2.MPLS TE is not globally enabled.
3.The tunnel to which the static CR-LSP is bound does not exist or is not configured on the ingress.
4.A static LSP with the same name already exists.
5.A static LSP with the same destination address and the outgoing interface (or next hop) already exists.
6.A static LSP with the same incoming label already exists.
