Good day all. I am new to this forum, can you guys assist, I need to modify a custom counter in M2000. I have disabled the counter on all NEs but however I do not want to remove the custom counter in the many reports that it is currently being used.

We suggest you export the original customer counter, then modify it on local PC, then import the modified counter to M2000, so the original customer counter can be reserved.

The coustomer counter is saved on M2000 not on NEs. For NEs, just multiple system counters are measured when the customer counter is set on M2000. When the result is reported to M2000, the M2000 caculated the result according to the Formula.

After you export the original custom counter, in the XML, you should modifty the countername and COUNTERINFO counterformula, especially the countername shoule be in a different name.

can anyone; please advise as my organization is currently trying to upgrade the current M2000 from V2R10 to V2R13 for the PS nodes.

Is there any fine turning required or this will be a streamless activity on using the new release version.

i want to make sure that the various dept will not be affected with their KPI once this upgrade is conducted

I would also like to know the major additional features in terms of counter and KPI that this new version and release has for M2000 (V2R13) for  PS M2000.
