V8 EasySearch is a tool developed by the SPO documentation department to integrate all parameters in the V8 NE Explorer to one table, which enables users to quickly search for desired parameters and locate corresponding positions in the NE Explorer.
1. V8 EasySearch Introduction
The Parameter Search tab displays all NE parameters and their descriptions. The level organization of parameters is consistent with that in the NE Explorer.
Columns A to H indicate the level names of a parameter in descending order. Columns I, K, and I indicate a tab name, a parameter name, and a parameter description, respectively.

2. V8 EasySearch Usage
Method 1: Enter a parameter in the search text box on the Homepage tab. The tool will automatically match the parameter in the Parameter Name column, and a matched line will be displayed on the Parameter Search tab.

  

Method 2: Use Excel searching or filtering functions and then search for a key word to locate a parameter position and obtain its description.
If you enter a parameter in the search text box but data displayed on the Parameter Search tab is incomplete, cancel parameter filtering or display all parameters in the Parameter Name Column.
