HedEx无法下载文档，目前是内网接入，可以排除网络问题，直接使用浏览器下载，20多M的文档瞬间就下载OK

该问题我们本地无法重现，请问是否是用的iaccess接入内网的，如是的话该问题可能是iaccess异常造成的，建议重启iaccess后验证是否正常。如重启后问题依然存在，建议不通过iaccess（即直接外网连接）验证问题是否解决。

我的工号wx384586，现在下载还是这样的，不知道是不是哪配置的问题，是内网直接接入的
