Task 1. Add the Site Management App.

Step 1. Log in to Tech Support App on your smartphone using your Huawei support account.

Step 2. Click More from Functions. Select Site Management and click Obtain to return back to the homepage.

             Then, you can see that Site Management is displayed in Functions.

 

Step 3. Screenshot and post it, then finish the task.

Note that the screenshot must display your login name and Site Management icon.

 

Task 2. Create a Site.

Step 1. Open Site Management and click Create a Site.

Step 2. Follow steps bellow to create a site.

Step 3. Enter Site Details and click Edit.

Task 3. Submit a Maintenance Record.

Step 1. On the Site Details page, click Maintenance Items, and change Maintenance period of a project to One month.

Step 2. On the Site Details page, click Items to Be Maintained and follow steps below.

Step 3. On the Site Details page, click the created Maintenance Record,

please note that the uploaded photos didn't immediately appeared, it appeared after i closed and re open the Tech Support App

please advise about the database, it will be on the operator server or on Huawei server if so who will have access to it ?
