Since people are confused to understand the differences between tranditional and 2M ASON, I would recommend to add a slide which only explain these two in details and with examples please.

Additional steps in 2M ASON Service Process are shown in orange color and labelled as 'specific to 2M ASON' which is good to make it clear. I would suggest that the steps mentioned in cream color should also be labelled as 'traditional ASON'
