Ensuring reachable routes between the forwarder and controller
Establishing an OpenFlow channel between the controller and forwarder (For details, see OpenFlow Agent Configuration.)
Procedure
After the SNC controller establishes an OpenFlow channel with the device (forwarder), you do not need to configure VXLAN, create VXLAN tunnels or APR and MAC address entries on the device. All these configurations are performed on the SNC controller. For details, see SNC V100R001C30 Product Documentation Solution - VXLAN Solution.
If the device functions as a VXLAN Layer 3 gateway, perform the following steps on the device.
Run:
system-view
The system view is displayed.

Run:
interface eth-trunk trunk-id
The Eth-Trunk interface view is displayed.

Run:
service type tunnel
Service loopback is enabled on the Eth-Trunk to loop back service packets of the VXLAN Layer 3 gateway.
