I think that Huawei is doing a really good job with this platform with excellent videos to Explain in an easy way the diferent products and concepts, I whish that for the next year keep providing those kind of material that allow us in a simple way to understand the process, technologies, platforms, etc. keep publishing this kind of material in order to let the people understand and improve their knowledge. I really enjoy learning with this good material and also I think that this platform promote the interest to learn more about the topics. We have a lot material, with a lot of detailed information. I consider a good opportunity to use this material to made a different videos or records of experts sharing their experiences handling the technologies that also help everybody and provide a different way to acquire more knowledge. proud for documentation team for your milestone achievement in 2016! You guys really did awesome work for info-graphic documents. Hope the same spirit of works in 2017 because still lot of product need to be reproduce, even some product have lot of versions not cover yet. Hope documentation team will capture all versions of same product line. Plus 2017 I eagerly want interactive video which will cover signal and data flow of all interfaces of relevant product line. Once again last but not least you team are really awesome!

Today increasing use of computing and communications systems and often it is hard to finds out information about hardware installation and configuration guide in such video format real hand on experience. Most of time we have observed that manufacturers design training material is just written to train with its certification programs.

But here Huawei support team is creating a special platform website, tools, APP & other popular resources where end users can find answers to their questions on [hardware installation and configuration guide in such video format real hand on experience] or even find out what questions to ask.

I think it is very supportive to find this interesting and useful.

what we expect in 2017 from support..
in 2017...
1: You may add online tutorials of huawei products and services solution for customers.
2: Support Team can start online group in aap(just like whatsapp) in which customers can ask and query and help from online support Team.
3: support Team can create its own app for huawei mobiles and customer like cellular map, compass, huawei mobile trouble shooter, Pdf reader &other tools regarding huawei product and solution.
4: support must add more videos and tutorial related to CS core nodes and solution.

The first: Huawei must review all the document has update on website? What is the old version and update the new version for many euqipment.
Some issue of customer need to be solve,
- All the basic knowldede about all the technology need be public, because it is the common knowdelge for many people.
- Customer care and suport as soon as posible is high recomend.
- Need to adjust the websitie clerrly on every module, because i see now many info in that website, i must save the link on one file for easy to acces
- Need to easy register account for many people , especially for student in high school, because they want to know about the theory and equipment beside the knowledge on school, it will be helpful for them and they will love Huawei, and after gradute, they want to become a staff of Huawei. - Youtube is a good channel for broadast equipment but must follow by some field( like IP, FIX, Tranmisson., wireless there are many channel like that??..
- The email of company sometime receive many strange mail of huawei, some time is not good for work, and i suggest we can change to gmail for easy no need company mail? And the costmer will can change account on website to another mail
- Need to send soon gift for the winner , maybe to long for wating if have I think when inform winner list, 2 week later can get it.

Great job done by Huawei Technology in developing such reading materials which are very useful in our day to day activities. In 2017 i hope to see more advance development of documents and introduce more features similar like wechat or whatapps etc...to communicate globally with huawei customers....

Excellent work. Communication with customers and equipment users are getting better day by day. I have been working for Huawei Datacomm for last 5 years and still there is a lot to learn from these tools. I wish there is expert level training for Data-communication devices high end features like MP-BGP VPNV4 and IPV6 as it will cater upcoming challenges of shifting on IPV6 globally. Thanks.

For a start, thank you for all the tools that you are providing. For the year 2017, more of the document could have a video tutorial linked to them. Inclusion on some case scenarios would be helpful for a better understanding. Anyway keep up the great work.
