An absolutely wonderful insight into the future of Fiber to Home connectivity. I am sure Huawei will be difficult to beat in terms of providing technological know how to Engineers, wonderful experience to customers and ease of technology to its end users. Huawei by its upcoming technology will take the Fiber to Home infrastructure to a whole new level. The ease of operation and maintenance and low errors will give high output to end users. Excellent documentation by Huawei. Hats off to the creators.

Huawei should add in their online solutions,
1. Interactive calculators to measure error levels and tools to learn creation of Fiber connectivity with necessary equipment in between.
2. Fault points identification tool, simulators for building fiber architecture.
3. Tutorials should be simple for engineers for troubleshooting based on various levels of severity like total outage, service degradation and minor alarms.
4. App based tip cards for learning new tech.

Huawei documentation has evolved in a way that, now support for global customers is on their finger tips, they can help themselves efficiently, by going through the support site, where they can also find other useful products, to make their learning up to date. Delighted to witness Huawei, with this much approach, such activities not only attract the audience, but also provide them to win latest gadgets and mobile phones. None in the market has similar approach, to bring the customers close to Huawei's heart.

Following are few suggestions that Huawei document may consider, for their way forward:

1. Please include demo softwares with limited accessability for relevant customers, for their individual learning.
2. Produce custom scenarios for MDS tool, that help us simulate traffic routings.
3. Develop 'My Support' android/iOS app, to help customers/engineers, customize their search items.
4. Also focus on support for Mobile phones manufatured by Huawei.
5. Organize paid learning events/conferences anywhere in the R & Center, by offering fellowships for selected candidates.

To be honest, Huawei is the most open mind vendor that share their knowledge. In fact, operator like us will telling also what we need in this business.

in this forum, i just know that so many tool that Huawei have. In 2017, i hope huawei compile of that tool in one website page. So, each user know what tool that huawei already have and plan to be.

In 2017 i hope Huawei Documentation is getting more better for add more videos, tutorial and solution, hardware, software knowledge.
