hello support Team, you are doing great job.. specially in 2016 changing the documents style addition of animation gifs file in documents are one from some great steps... now what we expect in 2017 from support.. in 2017... 1: You may add online tutorials of huawei products and services solution for customers. 2: Support Team can start online group in aap(just like whatsapp) in which customers can ask and query and help from online support Team. 3: support Team can create its own app for huawei mobiles and customer like cellular map, compass, huawei mobile trouble shooter, Pdf reader &other tools regarding huawei product and solution. 4: support must add more videos and tutorial related to CS core nodes and solution. 5: kindly include one portion for basic learner, in which fresh huawei engineers and customers easily increase their knowledge about latest technologies huawei product and solutions. 6: start huawei quize. |

Support team can launch online Technical courses for better understanding of 2G/3G/4G technologies for Telecom Engineers around the globe. 2. Support team can create a facebook page names as Huawei support workplace through this group customers/engineer can ask their queries & get online help from support technical teams. 3. Support team should upload videos contains demonstration of dummy optical nodes & its technical features to the Fresh engineers for basic learning purpose. 4. In 2017, if Huawei can send solutions to any questions asked in Q&A. I never got concrete answers other than to contact local engineers. Other documentations are well maintained and easy to access. Thank you. |

| Great Work by Huawei. I have come across so many vendors and not one of them is so much ready to share their knowledge and tell the goodness about their products. This helps in having a more trusted approach in case of Huawei products. I particularly like the way Huawei is presenting documentation and Knowledge sharing is brought to a new level.
