Dear Users and Partners,

l  When a product or technology has you tearing your hair out, and then you find the perfect answer online, what is that giddy happiness you feel?

l  When you write up the lessons you've learned, share your experience, or upload a big essay, and then you find that it has helped someone else, or they message you to ask for more, is that a sense of warmth and satisfaction?

Whether or not this has happened to you, more and more people are learning from and loving the sharing experience. Would you like to join in? Come and get started, because the more you share, the better the experience becomes.

Out of this content, it is hereby suggested that Huawei Support team should arrange local training to guide their customers/users product wise regarding the product has been used by them to get the basic idea about the troubleshooting issues and allow/permit users get solve these basic level of issue at their own level.

Product documentation also plays a very important role for building any of the website. In traditional days when people use to believe that in case of any query, the clients will contact the support team and the query will get sorted.

There are many customers who are bit hesitant to directly shoot their queries to the support, because customers always believe that initially theyshould be able to sort all the queries. And if the issue get sorted by themselves than it gives an immense happiness to them. Contacting the support each time even for minute things is quite frustrating at time as the customers need to wait for the agent to reply, until than he cannot proceed.

So in order to avoid such circumstances it is always good to have a better support and as well as Product Documentation. This will also save the time and efforts put forth by the support team each time and will also improve sale and revenue.
